Noodle Kugel with Cinnamon Crisp

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 lb noodles, cooked and drained
1 c sugar
8 oz butter
4 eggs separated
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 pint sour cream
1/2 lb cottage cheese
1/3 box cinnamon graham crackers

Place 4 oz of butter in a 9x13 pan, and put in oven at 350 until melted.

Add noodles to butter and stir.

Cream together sugar, vanilla, cottage cheese, sour cream and egg yolks.

Add to noodles and mix well.  Top with crushed graham crackers.

Dot with 4 oz butter.

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
