Ingredients:
1 bunch cilantro, leaves and stems
1/2 bunch mint, leaves and stems
1.5 green serrano peppers
3 Tbsp lemon juice
1 Tbsp natural unsalted peanut butter or 3 Tbsp roasted peanuts (best if skinless)
1.5 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
DIRECTIONS:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth. If it’s too thick, add a teaspoon of water at a time.
