Brunch Egg Souffle

 

Brunch Egg Souffle


I don't remember who gave me this recipe, but it sounds good!
 

3/4 lb cheddar

24 oz  cottage cheese

6 eggs (beaten)

3/4 cup melted butter (I always use margarine for this and it is fine)

1 cup "bisquick" (I use krusteaz brand buttermilk pancake mix)

cayenne



Can add:  sauteed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, sauteed onions (the one today had onions)



Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish and bake at 350 for about 1 hour.
