adapted:
1 cup steel cut oats
2c plain soy milk
2c water
1 Tbsp maple syrup (or agave)
1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 tsp pumpkin pie spie
1/4 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients and cook in slow cooker for 7 hours on low.
That's it!!
